Gymnastics classes for ages 5 years and up

Club Levels Program (CLP) 5+ years:

The CLP is a gymnastics program for both boys and girls. It contains 10 levels each with its own set of gymnastics skill requirements across 6 apparatus (floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, vault, rings, and parallel bars). Children work their way through the levels by achieving each level's required skills. Upon completion of a level, each child will receive their level's certificate. Children will also have the opportunity to learn routines on each of the 6 apparatus to perform at in-house competition events. Children in Levels 1-5 will attend 1 class each week for 1 hour. Children in Levels 6-10 can attend either 1 two hour class or 2 two hour classes each week. 

Class Days:

CLP Levels 1-3: Monday - Friday 3:30 - 4:30pm; Saturday 11:15 - 12:15pm

CLP Levels 4-5: Monday and Wednesday 3:30 - 4:30pm; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4:30 - 5:30pm; Saturday 12:15 - 1:15pm

CLP Levels 6-10: Monday, Wednesday 4:30 - 6:30pm

Junior AcroGym 8-12 years:

A program for boys and girls who would like to learn basic and advanced acrobatic skills such as walkovers, aerials, handsprings etc in a safe environment. Classes are taken by coaches who are trained in teaching aerial skills and classes predominantly utilise the sprung floor, air matting, trampolines and foam pit.

Class day: Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30pm

Senior AcroGym 13+ years:

A program for boys and girls who would like to learn basic and advanced acrobatic skills such as walkovers, aerials, handsprings etc in a safe environment. Classes are taken by coaches who are trained in teaching aerial skills and classes predominantly utilise the sprung floor, air matting, trampolines and foam pit.

Class day: Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30pm

Adult Gym 16+ years:

This class is perfect for anyone aged 16+ who would like to learn basic gymnastics skills and work on developing strength, fitness and flexibility in a fun and safe environment. All levels of ability are catered for. No previous experience necessary. Ex-gymnasts are also welcome to join this class to re-learn skills or to re-live the sport again.
