About Us
Our Club
We are a not-for-profit sporting organisation run by a volunteer committee. We have been providing gymnastics programs to the Burnie community for over 20 years. Our Club is an affiliate of Gymnastics Tasmania and Gymnastics Australia. All of our coaches are accredited or are undertaking an accreditation/training process.
The Burnie Gymnastics Club (T/As Zodiacs Gymnastics Club Inc.) is supported by the Tasmanian Government.
Our Programs
We offer recreational gymnastics programs that cater for boys and girls, ranging in age from toddlers to adults. We also offer competitive gymnastics programs for girls. Our competitive gymnasts follow the Australian Levels Program and have the opportunity to compete State and Nation-wide.
Our Facility
Our gym is fully equipped with gymnastics equipment and is the only gym on the North-West Coast that has an in-ground trampoline and foam pit. In addition, we have a full-size sprung floor, air floors, uneven bars, balance beams, high bars, a vault run-way and vault table, rings, parallel bars, and various other pieces of supplementary apparatus.
